JUST IN: Sources Leak Trump FBI Fired Agent For Refusing To ‘Perp Walk’ James Comey

Multiple outlets are reporting that President Donald Trump’s FBI has fired an agent who refused to “perp walk” former FBI Director James Comey after his bombshell indictment.

It has been two weeks since Comey was indicted after Trump publicly pressured Attorney General Pam Bondi to go after a list of enemies in a DM-style Truth Social post and again in remarks to reporters.

Comey is set to surrender voluntarily, but in a new development that wasn’t always the plan. The FBI is mulling a photo op for the arrest — but some agents aren’t going a long and one has paid a price for it.

According to four Reuters sources, the administration wanted a public arrest, and fired the man who refused to give it to them:

n FBI agent was relieved of duty for declining to arrange a “perp walk” of the bureau’s former director, James Comey, in front of news media cameras after Comey was federally charged last month, four people briefed on the matter said on Friday.

Reuters could not immediately determine how or when senior FBI officials wanted to stage bringing Comey into the bureau’s Washington field office. Only a summons to appear in court was issued in the case, and not an arrest warrant. However, defendants will often report to an FBI field office for booking after a court summons is issued.
Comey, who has denied wrongdoing, is due to appear in court in Alexandria, Virginia, just outside Washington, on Thursday.

On Saturday’s edition of MSNBC’s The Weekend, host Jonathan Capehart told viewers that MSNBC has confirmed an agent was “fired” over the perp walk that wasn’t:

JONATHAN CAPEHART: As former FBI director James Comey prepares for his arraignment in a federal courthouse later next week, there is more fallout from that indictment within the DOJ rank and file. MSNBC has confirmed that an FBI agent in the Washington field office has been fired for refusing to arrest and perp-walk Comey.
