Trump Fan At Rally Stuns Jordan Klepper With Trump-Themed Item: ‘Unique Placement of His Mouth Area!’

A supporter of former President Donald Trump made Daily Show correspondent Jordan Klepper do a double-take with a bit of Trump merch that had a provocative photo placement.

Klepper is among the practitioners of the Trump-fan-on-the-street interview genre, along with folks like CNN’s Donie O’Sullivan, the viral prank comedy duo “The Good Liars,” The Young Turks correspondent Michael Shure, and especially the pro-Trump outlet Right Side Broadcasting Network (RSBN).

Klepper rolled out a new round of comic confrontations on an edition of Comedy Central’s The Daily Show. Taped in South Carolina, they  included unsubtle mockery of one Trump fan’s mullet, his reaction to a Trump photo over a dude’s crotch, and a question that elicited a lengthy pregnant pause from another supporter:

JORDAN KLEPPER: I wondered here in Haley’s own backyard, what kind of a crowd would Trump muster in? Oh, shit. His rally was huge. You could even say big-ly.

MULLET TRUMP FAN: It’s going to be loud. It’s going to be loud.

JORDAN KLEPPER: Loud inside.

MULLET TRUMP FAN: And it’s going to be crazy.

JORDAN KLEPPER: I mean, it’s kind of quiet and business, like outside. Yeah, but it’s a party in the back.

MULLET TRUMP FAN: It’s going to be huge.

JORDAN KLEPPER: You would know, my friend. You would know.

Tell me about your outfit. What’s what’s going on here?

TRUMP FAN: This is Galveston shorts.

TRUMP FAN 2: Swim trunks.

JORDAN KLEPPER: Swim tru–. I got to tell you, it’s a unique placement of his mouth area.

TRUMP FAN 2: I’ve loved everything that he has implemented in the past, so I love that we can put that back into office to keep that going.

JORDAN KLEPPER: Like what stuff?

TRUMP FAN 2: I like border control.

JORDAN KLEPPER: Yeah, yeah, that’s a big point. Should be working to fix what’s happening at the border. It feels like Congress is just sitting on their hands right now doing nothing. Yes. They brought up a bill to do something, and Trump said, no freaking way. Why was that a good idea?

TRUMP FAN 2: (long, long pause) I don’t know.
