After TX, OK Wins, Cruz Calls on Rivals to Unite Behind Him to Stop Trump

Ted Cruz won both Texas and Oklahoma tonight, and with those victories in mind, he made the case that his rivals and their supporters need to get behind him to take down Donald Trump.

He boasted about he has been the only candidate so far to actually beat Trump in any state, let aon

“Republicans together we have a choice. We are blessed with a deep talented honorable field. For the candidates that have not yet won a state,” Cruz said, “I ask you to prayerfully consider coming together. Uniting.”

He proceeded to rail against Trump as a phony conservative and made himself the clear choice to go up against Hillary Clinton.
