‘Call Sean!’: Trump Repeatedly Name-Drops Hannity to Defend Himself on Iraq

Yes, Donald Trump went ahead and repeatedly name-dropped Fox News’ Sean Hannity when he was defending himself on his Iraq War position.

Trump said, “I spoke to Sean Hannity, which––everyone refuses to call Sean Hannity! I had numerous conversations with Sean Hannity at Fox.”

He insisted that he spoke with Hannity plenty of times in opposition to the Iraq War before it started

Trump bemoaned, “Nobody calls Sean Hannity.” So basically, in order to verify this claim, we have to count on the unbiased account of Trump supporter Sean Hannity.

(For the record, Hannity says this did happen.)
