CNN Mocks IRS for Missing Lois Lerner Emails: ‘Do You Believe in Santa Claus?’

“Do you believe in the Easter bunny? Do you believe in Santa Claus? Do you believe that Lois Lerner’s emails suddenly went poof?”

That was CNN host John King‘s incredulous response Monday to the Internal Revenue Service’s claims that they lost two years worth of emails involving former official Lois Lerner and outside agencies.

“Waiting a year to tell the Congress makes me suspicious,” King said.

“Absolutely,” Associated Press reporter Julie Pace agreed. “There is nothing good about the way this has been handled.”

Politico‘s Manu Raju piled on with a remark about this administration and its various technological issues.
