Matt Schlapp: Looks Like Mueller’s ‘Blackmailing’ People, ‘Playing a Game’

American Conservative Union Chairman Matt Schlapp was the #OneLuckyGuy on today’s Outnumbered, and he criticized Robert Mueller as the special counsel investigation continues.

“We just had a big nationwide campaign,” he said. “Show me the Democratic ad, the 30-second ad on Russian collusion. They didn’t run it. Because you know what? The American people are over this. There is no case here. We are exhausted. Show us what you got, put your cards on the table, and let’s move on as a country.”

He told Harris Faulkner that “the whole Russia collusion thing doesn’t resonate with voters at all because nobody ran on it,” before suggesting Mueller is engaging in blackmail:

“What people want is they want to know that if somebody did something wrong, that there’s transparency. And I think the number one thing––the reason why Mueller’s numbers are so poor in almost every poll, Harris, is because… it almost looks like he’s playing a game. He’s blackmailing people into saying things and doing things because they might have had a scummy part of their past.”

Kennedy pointed out that Mueller could very well have something that we don’t know about.
