O’Reilly: Obama Did Not ‘Intentionally Lie’ About Obamacare, He Just Wasn’t Paying Attention

President Obama promised over and over before Obamacare was passed and implemented that people who like their health care plans will get to keep them. So was he lying? Well, Bill O’Reilly doesn’t think so. He argued that Obama simply talked himself into believing it would happen and then lacked the leadership to follow through and pay attention to detail.

O’Reilly continued going after the “computer chaos” in the Obamacare rollout, saying that the real problem is the president himself for all his broken promises. Whereas he assured people would be able to keep their plans, insurance companies are “tossing people off the rolls,” and now Jay Carney even admits Obama was “not quite accurate” in what he said.

Which led to the big question: “did the president knowingly mislead the nation?” Clarence Page thinks so, but O’Reilly doubted it, arguing Obama “talked himself into a scenario that he wanted” but his vision didn’t match up to the reality.

He predicted that Obama will “not recover from the health care debacle” and it will have political repercussions all the way into 2016.
