Cable news ratings, April 19, 2010: Check out the highlights, and see the full ratings below:

• MSNBC’s much-promoted two-hour special on Timothy McVeigh, hosted by Rachel Maddow, performed well Monday night. The program grew from 9pmET to 10pmET, and the second hour was the top-rated cable news show at 10pm in the A25-54 demographic. It was, by far, the top-rated non-FNC cable news show in total viewers as well. John King‘s 7pmET CNN show had a bit of a comeback last night – topping the show after his, Campbell Brown‘s, in both categories.
