Sarah Palin: Obama ‘Chicken’ for Not Calling Paris Shooters ‘Radical Islamists’

Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin has sounded off on President Barack Obama‘s reluctance to outright label the Paris attackers “radical Islamists,” calling the president and his administration “chicken.”

When asked this week why the White House goes out of its way to not give such a label to the killers behind the Charlie Hebdo attack, Press Secretary Josh Earnest explained that it’s because “these terrorists are individuals who would like to cloak themselves in the veil of a particular religion.”

“They’re so politically correct, and yet they’re so politically wrong on just about everything,” Palin told Inside Edition in response.

“It is, in a sense, being a chicken,” she added, “as was made manifest when we didn’t have a high-ranking official go over and unify with other world leaders to say, ‘No, this Islamic fundamentalism that is resulting in such terror across the globe, we’re not gonna have that in our land.”
