Twitter Loses It Over the Atrocious Debut of Monday Night Football Sideline Reporter Sergio Dipp
So, during the second Monday Night Football game of the night between the Denver Broncos and Los Angeles Chargers, the world was introduced to sideline reporter Sergio Dipp. And we’ll never, ever, EVER be the same.
I mean, just imagine the “Boom Goes the Dynamite” kid, except that he was given a job at the Worldwide Leader and they unwittingly unleashed him upon a national audience during a primetime football game.
Sergio Dipp might be trending because of this awful performance, but he still beats the regular MNF announcers. pic.twitter.com/KgItiwujBc

Yes, that was not a Funny or Die clip. That was real life.
As soon as Twitter got a hold of Dipp — who made his debut on MNF after years working for ESPN Deportes — they just couldn’t let go.
The man's name is Sergio Dipp. And he's the only sideline reporter I ever want to hear from in any sport ever again.

If ESPN doesn't use Sergio Dipp in the second half they're missing out on a huge opportunity. Everyone loves a good comeback story.

Replace the bottom score ticker with just a timer of when Sergio Dipp is returning to air. I’m not even kidding. https://t.co/MgohEDTCVp

I was about to go to sleep and now I have no choice but to watch this entire broadcast just for the chance we hear Sergio Dipp again

And Dipp himself even joined in the fun:

We can only hope that there is more Dipp to go around. (I’m so, so sorry.)
