WATCH: Stephen Miller’s Camera Battery Dies in the Middle of ICE Tirade on Fox News
White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller was abruptly cut off mid-rant when his remote camera died as he excitedly talked about new funding that would boost the Trump administration’s deportations.
Miller had been arguing for President Donald Trump’s sweeping budget boost to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) as part of the recently passed One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA).
“This legislation will not only hire 10,000 additional ICE officers, but it will fund ICE charter flights to get all of these criminal aliens out of our country,” he said. “It will more than double the number of ICE beds to detain violent and dangerous criminal aliens.”
But as he leaned in on his point, the screen suddenly cut to black, flashing the message: “Battery level low.”
Kellyanne Conway, sitting in as host of Hannity, was left staring blankly into the camera as Miller’s audio rumbled on. Producers quickly cut to Conway, then to stock footage of ICE agents making an arrest before the feed severed entirely.
“Stephen Miller, thank you so much,” Conway said, like nothing had happened.
