‘What the F*ck Is This?’ Trump Supporters Rip President For Saying There Aren’t Enough Talented People in America

President Donald Trump received backlash from his own supporters on Tuesday after he suggested in a disastrous Fox News interview that there were not enough talented Americans.

After Fox News host Laura Ingraham criticized H-1B visas during an Ingraham Angle interview with Trump, the president replied, “Well, I agree, but you also do have to bring in talent.”

“We have plenty of talented people here,” shot back Ingraham, to which Trump insisted, “No, you don’t.”

Ingraham questioned, “We don’t have talented people here?”

“No,” responded Trump.

The president’s remarks quickly received backlash on social media.

“I’m sorry but what the f*** is this?” reacted The Blaze’s Logan Hall. “American talent split the atom and went to the moon. American talent built everything the modern world takes for granted now. Give me a break. This is insanity.”

“This is insane—we are going to lose the mid-terms so badly,” warned Republican politician and Lake County Commissioner Anthony Sabatini. “We’ve never seen an administration crash & burn in its first year so badly—for no reason other than to appease donors & special interests… Trump has surrounded himself with the worst people.”

National Pulse editor Raheem Kassam likened the clip to “Invasion of the Body Snatchers,” while New York Post and Newsweek contributor Kevin Bass tweeted, “Trump hates America and Americans… This is the only explanation I can come up with for this pattern of behavior… He wants to import the third world to take Americans’ jobs.”

“This has been a rough week for President Trump,” observed former Fox News and Newsmax producer Breanna Morello.

Others called Trump’s remarks “completely tone-deaf,” “out of touch,” “an utter betrayal of the entire base,” “an all-time low point,” and an “absolute disaster.”

Trump also received backlash over several other moments from the interview.

After Ingraham asked the president what exactly was “MAGA” about his plan to bring hundreds of thousands of Chinese students into the country, Trump became defensive, claiming that a lot of universities and “historically black colleges” would go “out of business” without foreign students.

“Don’t forget MAGA was my idea. MAGA was nobody else’s idea,” scolded Trump. “I know what MAGA wants better than anybody else, and MAGA wants to see our country thrive.”

Ingraham also confronted Trump over his extremely unpopular plan to introduce 50-year mortgages, asking the president, “Is that really a good idea?”
