Virginia Roberts Giuffre, one of the most well-known accusers against the late pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, is coming under the microscope as reports emerge she’s due in court for breaking a family violence restraining order.

Giuffre shared a photo of her bruised-up face in an Instagram post Sunday, saying she had gone into “kidney renal failure” after her car was struck by a school bus. Her family later stated she did not mean for the post to be shared publicly.

But police told The Times of London that the accident was “minor” and no one involved in the crash sustained serious injuries.

Giuffre, who now lives in Australia, is due in court on April 9 due to an alleged breach of a family violence restraining order in the northern Perth suburb of Ocean Reef on Feb. 2,  People reported Wednesday.

Giuffre claimed she was only 17 years old when she was sexually abused by both Epstein and now-disgraced royal Prince Andrew.

She sued Prince Andrew for sexual assault in 2021, as a photo of the royal with his arm around her became one of the most notorious pictures of the Epstein sex scandal. In the background of the infamous image was Ghislaine Maxwell, Epstein’s “madam” who’s now serving 20 years in prison for child sex trafficking.

Andrew has long denied any involvement in Epstein’s horrific crimes.

Giuffre’s lawsuit against Prince Andrew was settled in 2022.

Epstein was found dead in his New York City prison cell in August 2019.
