Beck on Grover Norquist Face-Off: Can’t Trust Him, He’s Just Like Obama

Glenn Beck today followed up on his big showdown with Grover Norquist by saying Norquist simply can’t be trusted because he’s just like President Obama. Beck recently threatened to leave the NRA because Norquist is on his board, and Beck believes he has ties to the Muslim Brotherhood and other suspect Muslim groups.

Beck and Norquist finally faced off on Beck’s TV show yesterday. Beck confronted Norquist about his radical Muslim ties, and Norquist dismissed lots of what Beck alleged.

Today, Beck followed up by saying, “I really do not like this man at all.” He said that Norquist likes engaging in smears and the only thing conservatives can do is hold Norquist to the same standard they would a Democrat.

In fact, Beck observed, Norquist “used every single excuse that Barack Obama uses for his relationships with nefarious people who want to see the end of the United States of America.”
