Biden Makes Powerful Statement Denouncing WH Aide’s Nasty McCain Comment: Decency ‘Hit Rock Bottom’

In a scathing response to the comments made against John McCain by White House aide Kelly Sadler, former Vice President Joe Biden has issued a statement condemning the entire Donald Trump administration.

“People have wondered when decency would hit rock bottom with this administration,” Biden began. “It happened yesterday.”

“As [John McCain] fights for his life, he deserves better – so much better,” he added.

And then, the knife in the heart: “Given this White House’s trail of disrespect toward John and others, this staffer is not the exception to the rule; she is the epitome of it.”

Then Biden asked us to look to the future. “Our children learn from our example,” he said. “The lingering question is whose example it will be. I am sure it will be John’s.”
