1. O’Reilly vs. Ludacris
The most high-profile of O’Reilly’s feuds with hip-hop to date came in 2002, when feuding with hip-hop was still ‘edgy.’ It was also a success: he got Pepsi to drop Ludacris as a spokesman, saying that his lyrics were all about a “life of guns, violence, drugs and disrespect of women.” Ludacris struck back in “Number One Spot,” among other songs: “Already offers on my 6th album from labels tryin to sign me | Respected highly, HIIII MR. O’REILLY.”
