BREAKING: Trump Signs Bill to End Gov’t Shutdown

President Donald Trump has officially signed the continuing resolution to end the government shutdown.

The bill, which contains no border wall funding, was announced by Trump earlier today and easily passed through the Senate and House. However, it is only a three-week funding bill.

The president himself said today, “If we don’t get a fair deal from Congress, the government will either shut down on February 15th again or I will use the powers afforded to me under the laws and the Constitution of the United States to address this emergency.”

After getting criticism from allies, Trump insisted on Twitter this is not a concession.
