CNN: Michael Cohen Apologized to Senate Intel Committee for Lying to Them in 2017

Michael Cohen‘s closed-door testimony before the Senate Intelligence Committee apparently included an apology to the committee members.

Per CNN’s Manu Raju, Cohen addressed the lies he told to the committee in 2017 and apologized:

Cohen, sentenced to three years in prison, is on Capitol Hill this week to testify to multiple committees and is expected to share more information about President Donald Trump. When he was sentenced Cohen said it was his job to cover up Trump’s “dirty deeds.”

Cohen is going to publicly testify before the House Oversight Committee on Wednesday.
