Colleagues Pay Tribute to Charles Krauthammer: ‘Your Legacy Will Live On Here’

Charles Krauthammer has passed away at 68 years old. People who worked with him and knew him well, as well as people who knew him from his writing, came together to mourn the loss of such an iconic thinker.

Fox News CEO Suzanne Scott issued a statement tonight on his passing:

We are deeply saddened by the loss of our colleague and friend, Charles Krauthammer. A gifted doctor and brilliant political commentator, Charles was a guiding voice throughout his time with FOX News and we were incredibly fortunate to showcase his extraordinary talent on our programs. He was an inspiration to all of us and will be greatly missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with his beloved wife Robyn and his son Daniel.

Fox News’ Special Report––where Krauthammer had regularly sat on the panel––featured tributes to his life and legacy from network colleagues and friends like Brit Hume and Bret Baier. Even Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell called in to share his memories of Krauthammer.

Tomorrow night Fox News will air an hour-long tribute at 9 pm titled Charles Krauthammer: His Words.

UPDATE –– 8:06 pm ET: Vice President Mike Pence also paid tribute tonight:
