Disgraced Journalist Juan Thompson Accused of Making Bomb Threats to Jewish Centers Defended Ferguson Rioting

While many have accused President Donald Trump of creating an “atmosphere” of anti-Semitism resulting in numerous bomb threats to Jewish centers around the country, the facts now appear to suggest the harassment came not from the far right but the far left.
Juan Thompson, who is under arrest in connection with his alleged involvement in the threats, worked as a journalist at The Intercept before being fired for fabricating sources. During his tenure with the publication, Thompson was a regular defender and proponent of liberal positions, which included defending the rioting in Ferguson, Missouri in 2014.
Here’s a fun column by the Jewish center bomb-threatener: “WHY THE FERGUSON RIOTS WERE JUSTIFIED” https://t.co/Bgk4OWjgR1

“White Americans who label the demonstrators criminals and thugs should think twice before uttering such poppycock,” wrote Thompson in his piece, No Justice, No Respect: Why the Ferguson Riots Were Justified. “White privilege was neither produced nor maintained by peaceniks.”
Thompson’s Twitter presence reveals his racial hostility against white people continued long after his dismissal.
