FLASHBACK: Trump ‘Endorsed’ Eminem During His 2004 ‘Shady National Convention’

Eminem reclaimed the national spotlight last night letting loose on President Donald Trump in a freestyle, but an old video of Trump “endorsing” Eminem is getting renewed attention as a result.

See, back in 2004, Eminem hosted the “Shady National Convention” on MTV and Trump made a brief appearance.

And Trump fired up the crowd with his mock endorsement:

“I know a winner when I see one, and Donald Trump is telling you right now: Slim Shady is a winner! He’s got brains, he’s got guts, and he’s got Donald Trump’s vote!”
