Fox & Friends Host Scorches Trump Presser: Threw His ‘Own People and Country Under The Bus’
Fox & Friends Weekend host Abby Huntsman had some harsh words for President Donald Trump in the wake of his stunning press conference with Vladimir Putin in Helsinki Monday.
“No negotiation is worth throwing your own people and country under the bus,” Huntsman tweeted Monday, after Trump’s refusal to claim, despite the conclusions of US intelligence, that Russia meddled in the 2016 elections.

Huntsman is presumably referring to a defense of Trump’s performance that has began cropping up amongst his supporters: that Trump is appeasing Putin as a negotiation tactic.
The declaration is all the more surprising considering Huntsman is the daughter of the current United States Ambassador to Russia, John Huntsman. Though Abby Huntsman is not her father’s keeper, that coupled with her affiliation with Fox & Friends, which is notably soft on Trump, makes this a particularly interesting statement coming from her.
