Google Gets Back at Colbert over Height Complaints

 

Last week Stephen Colbert called out Google for marking his height as 5″10′ when he’s really 5″11′. And Google responded by fixing the results.

Sort of.

Colbert targeted Google CEO Larry Page, who just happens to be 5″11′ himself, and sent a physical threat his way. Well, obviously someone at Google was listening, because now when you search Colbert’s height on Google, this is what pops up:

So I guess you could say Google met Colbert… half-way. (Cue CSI YEAAAAAHHHH here.)

(Also, brownie points for whoever decided to have Jon Stewart listed there as just “shorter.”)
