Graham on Reported Election Hacking: Russia’s ‘Trying to Undermine Democracies All Over the World’
In response to reports that Russia tampered with the 2016 election, South Carolina Senator Lindsey Graham went after them today on Twitter.
Multiple reports suggest that the CIA has determined that foreign hackers launched cyberattacks against multiple American political institutions, with the ultimate goal of tipping the scales for Donald Trump. Concerns about this issue have hovered over the election, and President Obama has ordered a full intelligence review on the extent to which Russian hackers infiltrated the country’s political networks.
On Saturday, Graham outlined his thoughts about Russia’s supposed meddling, giving emphasis to his thoughts on how it’s part of an effort to thwart global democracy
Don't have to be Sherlock Holmes to figure out what Russia is up to — they're trying to undermine democracies all over the world.

Russia is trying to break the backs of democracies – and democratic movements – all over the world.

I'm not challenging the outcome of the election, but very concerned about Russian interference/actions at home & throughout the world.

For his part, Trump has dismissed the CIA’s reported findings.
