‘Just Saying’: TSA Spokespeople Are Trying to Downplay Long Line Complaints on Twitter

 

A TSA spokeswoman today used the anti-TSA hashtag #IHateTheWait to try and deflect criticisms of the TSA’s long lines by live-tweeting her LaGuardia experiences today.

In the past few weeks, anger at the TSA has really hit a peak with long lines and tons and tons of airports, and yesterday the head of the TSA said at a House hearing that the long wait times will continue because of the summer travel boost.

But TSA Public Affairs spokesperson Lisa Farbstein wanted to show people today that the TSA’s actually doing a better job than you think:

See, other parts of the airport have long lines too, people!
