Kid Rock Says Of Course He’s Not Running for Senate: ‘F*ck No’

Remember when we first heard about a Kid Rock Senate run and it sounded like a publicity stunt?

Guess what.

Kid Rock appeared on Howard Stern‘s show today, and when asked if he’s going to run for Senate.

“Fuck no I’m not running for Senate!” he responded. “Are you fucking kidding me? Who couldn’t fucking figure that out?”

Kid Rock explained there were people around him who were “on the in,” and he felt that they might as well “roll with it” for a bit.

And yet there were people who took this seriously. A Republican group told Kid Rock they hope he runs, and former New York Governor George Pataki praised him as “exactly the kind of candidate the GOP needs right now”:
