Liberals Freak Out After Vanity Fair Trolls Hillary Clinton With ‘New Year’s Resolutions’
Maybe it’s time for Hillary Clinton to take up a new hobby in 2018 pic.twitter.com/sbE78rA5At

Vanity Fair ruffled some feathers on Twitter this week after releasing a video that pokes fun at Hillary Clinton.
In the video, several Vanity Fair staffers suggest New Year’s resolutions for the failed presidential candidate. They include writing a sequel to her 2016 memoir What Happened called What The Hell Happened, taking more photos in the woods, and taking up a new hobby like knitting.
Well, none of that sat well with Liberal Twitter.
Hey STOP TELLING WOMEN WHAT THE F-CK THEY SHOULD DO OR CAN DO. Get over your mommy issues.

This is really pathetic. You should be embarrassed.
— Jordan Horowitz (@jehorowitz) December 26, 2017
Seriously? You spend your time and money making a video about @HillaryClinton instead of the dangerous monster who’s actually president and destroying America? @summerbrennan #Hillary #Trump

Maybe you can get busy knitting us some pink hats. We need some more and us womenfolk are kinda busy saving our country out in the frigid winter cold. Maybe bake some cookies, too.

Maybe it’s time for you guys to find new jobs in 2018.

Besides being completely out of touch, this video just isn’t funny. Delete your account.

Vanity Fair tl;dr: Six young white people holding glasses of champagne would like Hillary Clinton to abandon her life’s work and platform and just shut up. Good to know. https://t.co/cELDKdVmYd

I’m so confused by this. And why someone even made it. https://t.co/sWNpeHrjzA

I aspire to one day write hilarious and devastating jokes as “maybe take up knitting” how do they even do it https://t.co/L9B7xLFFyW

You mean besides helping women run for office and generally being a role model for women, who hold only 17% of the 500k elected positions in the US?
Just curious – what kind of hobbies do you recommend for Bernie Sanders in 2018, @VanityFair? https://t.co/zsp5B2JEz0

1. I have some serious advice for @radhikajones, the brand new editor of @vanityfair, who took over from the legendary Graydon Carter and stepped immediately into a major scandal over a stupid sexist video.
— Tom Watson (@tomwatson) December 27, 2017
Peter Daou, a former Clinton advisor and founder of the pro-Hillary website Verrit, is even pushing a #CancelVanityFair movement:
Repugnant. Sexist. And yet another example of why the problem was less Russia and the GOP but the mainstream media, who treated @HillaryClinton with dripping disdain for the duration of the 2016 election. And for all of 2017. Ugh.
Now back to my break… https://t.co/7CmJBWV5xM

Thanks @Eviljohna. And thanks to my friends/followers for amplifying your tweet about #CancelVanityFair. Suggesting the first woman to be a major party presidential nominee should take up knitting is a stunning lack of judgment on @VanityFair‘s part. Especially to end 2017. https://t.co/sWhhpLgyss
— Peter Daou (@peterdaou) December 27, 2017
So @VanityFair decided that the best way to end 2017 was to take a repulsive cheap shot at @HillaryClinton, one of the most accomplished women in the history of the United States.
Now #CancelVanityFair is moving.

Will you be canceling your subscription to Vanity Fair over this?
UPDATE – 3:18 p.m. EST: Vanity Fair has offered a response to the online outrage.
Vanity Fair spox on snarky video about Hillary Clinton: 'It was an attempt at humor and we regret that it missed the mark.' "https://t.co/HASPqI5CpD
