Michael Brown’s Family to File Wrongful Death Suit Against Ferguson

The family of Michael Brown will announce tomorrow morning that they will be filing a wrongful death lawsuit against the city of Ferguson. Brown, of course, was fatally shot by Officer Darren Wilson in the Missouri town last year.

Brown’s family and family attorneys had been discussing legal action for a while, and reports tonight say Brown family will be filing the wrongful death suit, with an official announcement of such coming tomorrow morning.

This is in addition to the civil suit the Brown family announced last month, against the Ferguson PD and Wilson.
