This terrifying result of interspecies breeding is apparently going to be traveling to schools to encourage more kids to recycle. (Suggestion: tell them if they don’t, Totes McGoats will haunt them in their sleep.)
Niagara Falls Mayor Paul Dyster said, “I guess you would say Totes is a cute animal mascot, kind of scary actually. But having an animal mascot we think is one of the ways that you can reach out to kids and get their attention.”
