NRA TV Host to Dana Loesch: Media Matters ‘Clowns’ Would Be ‘Curled Up on the Floor’ During a Mass Shooting

NRATV host Chuck Holton joked with National Rifle Association’s spokesperson Dana Loesch about how the “clowns from Media Matters” would react to a mass shooting in their building, speculating that the progressive staffers would just hide “in the fetal position.”

“If you’re not prepared and capable of doing that then you gotta wait for someone who is, and that’s the problem with the left today, is they want to try to make you safer by making you more vulnerable, by taking away your ability to do anything about it,” Holton said today, during a segment attacking a university’s mass shooting survival tips. “That’s why those clowns for Media Matters, if they were ever in a situation like this, they’d be curled up on the floor in the fetal position and not helping anybody.”

Loesch, who once accused her rivals in the media of “loving mass shootings,” appeared to appreciate her colleague’s fantasy, as she proceeded to fire several shots of her own at the progressive group.

“You mean Media Matters, the company founded by David Brock, who was accused in an expose by the Daily Caller, where employees said that he was under the influence of drugs, while also encouraging staff to illegally carry firearms in Washington, D.C., while also attacking anyone else who wanted to lawfully carry?” she replied.

Holton ended their Media Matters commentary with a conservative greatest hit: “I was just thinking the company that was funded by George Soros, initially, but yeah.”
