Obama Goes on a Starbucks Run Because What the Hell

If you’re the President of the United States, is it at all possible to be rebelling against the Man? Because technically speaking, you are the Man. But sometimes even the Man needs an afternoon pick-me-up, and that’s why Obama and Chief of Staff Denis McDonough went on a Starbucks run today. No, you’re not misreading that.

Hey, here’s a fun fact: Obama was supposed to go to Dunkin’ Donuts, but reporters went there only to find out the president had gone to Starbucks instead. (Any coincidence that he ran away from the coffee that America RUNS on? HMM?!)

Obama says he just got a tea, as opposed to one of those pretentious-sounding caramel mocha coffee-chino drinks… okay, I think this has been sufficiently padded out.
