Police Remove Repeat Offending Thong Wearer From Public Pool
Some people never learn!
After realizing he had already been warned last summer for doing the same dang thing, police in Prairie Village, Kansas, escorted a man in a thong out of a local pool.
He violated a local ordinance and whether that ordinance is fair — or Constitutional, if you want to take it to that level like some people do — is subjective, but the fact is that is he broke it. Multiple times.
Here’s what local CBS affiliate KCTV said:
Police were called about 5 p.m. on June 9 to the city pool at 7711 Delmar Street after a man was seen sunbathing in a thong.
Capt. Byron Roberson of the Prairie Village Police Department said when officers checked on the man, they discovered he had been warned about this last year.
Imagine, for a moment, what the day-to-day dealings of Capt. Roberson must be like.
Enjoy your weekend, but don’t enjoy it too much, okay?
