Rubio Camp Pounces on Cruz Spox Firing: Cruz ‘Willing to Do or Say Anything’

Yesterday the Ted Cruz campaign pushed a false smear of Marco Rubio supposedly mocking the Bible. Rick Tyler, communications director for the Cruz campaign, apologized for spreading it.

Cruz, however, made the call today to fire him.

The Rubio campaign released this statement in response:
