Senator Elizabeth Warren appeared on the View today on ABC.

While she was there, the woman responsible for the viral phrase “nevertheless, she persisted” gave a stark warning about not allowing Donald Trump to use his Twitter or behavior as distractions from what he’s doing as President.

“He is the master of distraction. He is the master of ‘Don’t look what I’m doing,'” she cautioned. “And boy, he’s good at it. We have to reach a point now where this is no longer a campaign. This is real life. He is the President of the United States.”

She concluded with a plea for Americans not to “shoot at everything that moves” and instead “stay focused.”
