This Squirmy Toddler Sends a Whole Newscast Into Silly Mode

 

Pennsylvania’s new law about car seats for babies was supposed to make life easier for parent with questions about how their kids could ride safely in a car. It sure didn’t make anything easier for Fox 29 Philadelphia’s producer, Torrie Williams. See, she offered up her 23-month-old son, Noah, as the demo baby for this morning’s segment on the new law, but her kid had a serious case of the wiggles.

Those wiggles affected the anchor, Mike Jerrick, too. Watch below as he laughs along with his guest from the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and instructs his cameraman to get better shots of the silly antics:
