TIME Magazine’s New ‘Stormy’ Cover Shows Trump Under Water at Oval Office Desk

TIME magazine’s latest issue shows President Trump in rising storm waters in light of all the news surrounding the FBI’s raid on Michael Cohen‘s office.

Media observers may recall that TIME had similar cover in February 2017 as they chronicled the tumultuous start of Trump’s presidency.

Now it looks like they’ve decided that an update is in order.

Throughout the week, the political news cycle has dominated by the news that federal agents raided the office of Cohen, Trump’s personal lawyer — seizing business records, tech, and documents of interest. Cohen is under investigation for bank fraud and violations of campaign finance law in connection with his hush money payment to Stormy Daniels.

The raid was also reportedly conducted to find out whether Cohen had a connection with the infamous Access Hollywood tape where Trump spoke about grabbing women “by the pussy.”

The raid on Cohen was reportedly approved by Rod Rosenstein, though Trump is now thinking about firing the deputy attorney general along with Robert Mueller. Trump strongly denounced the raid over the last few days, with multiple White House reports indicating the development has caused him to reach a new level of anger.
