TIME magazine revealed the contents of its latest issue, which focuses on the pioneering history of virtual reality technology and the modern advances currently in-progress from companies like Oculus. However, what almost everyone with an Internet connection is talking about isn’t the issue’s content, per se, but its cover:

Many weren’t pleased:

As soon as they recognized the discontent, The Daily Dot tweeted out a cropped photo of the cover’s VR dude and issued a challenge. “Make your own custom TIME VR cover photo and tweet it at us,” they said. “The worse you are at Photoshop, the better.”

The results are amazing, as is to be expected:
Hey, @Time. You know what would have been better for your VR cover? LITERALLY ANYTHING ELSE pic.twitter.com/6mbZ76BkUS

Time irresponsibly created a terrible story and cover for VR, but the response has been totally internet. pic.twitter.com/vzHLUzJwfn
