Tom Perez on His Comments That Republicans ‘Don’t Give a Sh*t About People’: ‘Sorry Not Sorry’

DNC Chair Tom Perez isn’t backing down from comments he made a few days ago that led to his RNC counterpart demanding his party denounce what he said.

In addition to saying Trump didn’t win the election, Perez also said, in talking about the Republicans’ health care plan, “They don’t give a shit about people!”

RNC Chair Ronna Romney McDaniel reacted this morning by saying Democrats should denounce his behavior, because “that should not be rhetoric that the head of the Democratic Party should be using.”

Tonight, in response to a piece from Washington Post reporter Dave Weigel headlined “Tom Perez won’t apologize for insulting Trump and GOP leaders. Here’s why,” Perez tweeted this out:
