Trump Says He Will Be ‘Looking Into’ Facebook Blocking His Social Media Chief: ‘#StopTheBias’

President Donald Trump‘s head of social media, Dan Scavino, was temporarily blocked from a major social media platform. And the president wants to know why.

In a Tuesday morning tweet, the president shared a Washington Examiner article detailing Scavino’s temporary ban from Facebook. The president suggested this was an act of bias on Facebook’s part.

“I will be looking into this!” Trump wrote. “#StopTheBias.”

The tweet comes one day after Rep. Devin Nunes (R-CA) filed a lawsuit against Twitter over the existence of parody accounts.

“We’re actually going after Twitter first because they are the main proliferator and they spread this fake news and the slanderous news,” Nunes told Sean Hannity on Monday.
