Woman Stabs Her Husband with a Ceramic Squirrel Because He Didn’t Have Beer

Domestic disputes that end in stabbings generally involve rather serious arguments and a knife of some kind, but one South Carolina woman was arrested on Christmas Day for stabbing her husband with a ceramic squirrel. Why? Because of beer.

Helen Ann Williams‘ husband went out for beer, but a lot of places aren’t open on Christmas, so he returned home empty-handed after seeing the store was closed. Williams responded by grabbing a ceramic squirrel and stabbing him in the shoulder and the chest.

Williams was charged with aggravated criminal domestic violence and, presumably, ceramic animal cruelty.
