Dennis Prager Says Sexual Harassment Laws Prove Men Would Regulate Abortion If They Could Get Pregnant

Conservative pundit Dennis Prager claims there would be limits on abortion if men could get pregnant.

This comment came in the aftermath of a Monday night Politico report about a Supreme Court draft opinion that would overturn the landmark decision Roe v. Wade. Politico obtained a copy of the draft opinion, which Chief Justice John Roberts confirmed on Tuesday. He announced an investigation into who leaked it.

During The Dennis Prager Show on Wednesday, a caller said:

It’s not that women are taught now or have the feeling that you’re a victim of a pregnancy, rather than it’s a privilege and a beautiful thing that happens. And sometimes you are a victim of a pregnancy for sure. And I just got to thinking that sometimes maybe like the Black community taught that they are victims of society, of the system and all of that. when you constantly teach people that, they then become hostile to it. If you become hostile to it, you can do whatever you want to it with no repercussions.

Prager responded that he found the caller’s point, “interesting” and noted the left-wing notion that those who are non-White, straight, Christian males are victims – a notion he called “sick” and “untrue.”

“If men got pregnant, then there would no question there would be limitations on abortion. There’s no doubt on my mind,” he said. “Men are perfectly capable of passing laws with regard to their own behavior. Like the sexual harassment laws, for example. It’s not women who are sexually harassing, maybe one out of a thousand cases. The fervor is troubling.”
