Fox & Friends Defends Sarah Sanders, Slams Restaurant: ‘The Left Has Gone and Lost Their Mind!’
On Fox & Friends this morning, the hosts came to Sarah Huckabee Sanders‘ defense against the Red Hen restaurant that asked her to leave.
Huckabee Sanders confirmed the incident in a tweet yesterday morning after it had already gotten some attention online:
Last night I was told by the owner of Red Hen in Lexington, VA to leave because I work for @POTUS and I politely left. Her actions say far more about her than about me. I always do my best to treat people, including those I disagree with, respectfully and will continue to do so

Abby Huntsman pointed to the recent White House Correspondents Dinner as another indicator of the kind of vitriol Huckabee Sanders has to face, and said, “She takes it with class.”
Ed Henry agreed this is about class, while Huntsman argued that it’s unfair because Huckabee Sanders doesn’t necessarily agree with everything President Trump is doing.
Pete Hegseth declared that “the left has gone and lost their mind” and that the resistance has “infiltrated everything.”
The owner of the Red Hen stood by her decision and said she would “absolutely” do it again. She said, “I’m not a huge fan of confrontation. I have a business, and I want the business to thrive. This feels like the moment in our democracy when people have to make uncomfortable actions and decisions to uphold their morals.
