This Exists: Professor Arrested On Plane For Having Suspicious Bagel With Cream Cheese
With airport security measures increasingly strict, it seems passengers better be extremely careful these days, otherwise your breakfast selection can get you booted from a flight. In Florida, passengers on a plane warned the flight crew of a “suspicious package” they heard making strange noises. Turns out though, the bag belonged to a professor and merely contained keys and a bagel with cream cheese.
When confronted about his bag, the professor allegedly got on his cell phone and refused to sit down, an act which promptly got him arrested for disorderly conduct. Probably upset about the absurdity of the accusation, the professor, and all of us, can learn an important lesson from this incident: when you see an annoying passenger on a plane, plant a bagel on them, and you’ll be able to get rid of them and enjoy your flight!
