‘You Piece of Sh*t’: Trump’s Personal Lawyer Sends Threatening Emails to Stranger

According to ProPublica, President Donald Trump’s personal attorney Marc Kasowitz responded to an email sent to him by a stranger by unleashing a series of increasingly angry emails telling the person that he knew where he lived and that he needed to “watch his back.”
The man on the receiving end of Kasowitz’s wrath, a former PR professional who asked ProPublica for anonymity, told the publication that he emailed Kasowitz after reading their previous story on the lawyer not seeking a security clearance despite representing Trump in the Russia probe. The email sent to Kasowitz told him to resign now.
Later that night, Kasowtiz replied. Via ProPublica:
Kasowitz replied with series of angry messages sent between 9:30 p.m. and 10 p.m. Eastern time. One read: “I’m on you now. You are fucking with me now Let’s see who you are Watch your back, bitch.”
In another email, Kasowitz wrote: “Call me. Don’t be afraid, you piece of shit. Stand up. If you don’t call, you’re just afraid.” And later: “I already know where you live, I’m on you. You might as well call me. You will see me. I promise. Bro.”
ProPublica was able to verify that the emails did come from Kasowitz’s law firm and were able to identify the man was who he stated. Also, one email Kasowitz sent contained a cell phone number that Kasowitz is known to use.
While Kasowitz’s spokesperson told ProPublica that he couldn’t reach his client for comment, he did push back against the article’s description of Kasowitz’s history of alcohol abuse, telling the outlet that the attorney “has not struggled with alcoholism.”
