Architect Of WH Attacks On Fox News, Anita Dunn, Leaving At End Of Month

garrett_11-10Glenn Beck will be losing a sparring partner soon, as Anita Dunn will be stepping down as Communications Director at the end of the month.

Dunn was one of the first Obama administration officials to attack Fox News in the ongoing beef between the two sides.

One note – this isn’t too much of a surprise. FNC’s White House correspondent Major Garrett explained this situation in a report earlier today. “When Anita Dunn came in May, she was given the tag Interim Communications Director, and it was always said then, and it has been said throughout her brief tenure that she would be leaving by year’s end, and now she is going to leave as the end of this month as opposed to the end of December,” said Garrett. “Now that is a month difference, to be sure, but the White House insists that is not any earlier than had originally been scheduled.”

Now everyone get familiar with her replacement – Dan Pfeiffer. From the Washington Post story that broke the news:

Pfeiffer began working for Obama in 2007 following Sen. Evan Bayh’s (Ind.) decision not to pursue the presidency. He served a stint as the traveling press secretary for Obama’s presidential bid but eventually took a slot overseeing the campaign’s communications operation.

Also, his face will be spending a lot of time on Glenn Beck’s chalkboard. Hopefully Dunn whispers the secret phone number to the Mao Hotline to Pfeiffer before she heads out into the real world.

We’ll have more as this story develops…

> Update: A Fox News spokesperson tells The Huffington Post: “We wish Anita well in her future endeavors.” For those unfamiliar with what this comment means, check out what FNC is really saying.

    Hope and Change in Flames…

•13 men and women are slaughtered at Ft. Hood and mounting evidence shows a PC U.S. Army aided and abetted al Qaeda.

•Americans are so broke they fear spending $1.2 trillion for health reform will cripple their great grand kids, grand babies.

•Speaker Pelosi has just un-muzzled Rachel Maddow’s millions of pro-abortion lefties to leash 40 yappy pro-life blue dogs.

•Unemployment is a serial killer blackmailing for more stimulus money and promising to slash wing-tipped political throats.

•Democrats act giddy after losing two big state governors and narrowly winning NY23, but not against any real republican.

•Blue state Independents are fleeing liberal rule in historic numbers and trampling town hall’s everywhere blood red.

•The current president is trapped in a sticky web of unmasked illusions and inescapable lies unspun by his oily alter ego.

•In 2010 and 2012 the GOP may rise again from the ranks of W’s rotting undead to bury Obama’s Id.

I think that sums up the pathetic state of state affairs, but feel free to add your own.

Thank God for Bulletinizer. Well said!

Architect is a bit over the top, don’t you think? That’s like giving De Soto credit as architect of the Mississippi River, it was just there and he pointed it out. Dunn just pointed to the facts of Fox News bias and unprecedented political activity on behalf of the Republican Party. I am sure there will be adleast one conservative bloviator who will take credit for a scalp here, even though she was an interim employee who was always going to leave at the end of the year.

I doubt anyone will take responsibility. The fact that her campaign against FOX made the WH look petty and foolish, the fact that virtually every television critic said this was a bad move, the fact that virtually every reputable pundit from both sides of the aisle said it was dumb, and the fact that it didn’t work AT ALL… well, Dunn did it to herself.

But not to worry, I’m sure someone like MSNBC will pick her up, give her an evening show, and all the crazy the Administration tried to keep in check, will grace our television once more.

“G’Night Mrs. Dunn, where EVER you are!…”

Thanks, Glenn Beck! One more Mao-Loving moonbat bites the dust but many more to to. This White House is still stinging from the *itch-slapping they got from taking on Fox News and Glenn Beck. Keep the Red Phone handy just in case Pfeiffer needs to “set you straight.” lol! Keep up the good work.
