George H.W. Bush Moved To Hospital Intensive Care Unit

Former president George H.W. Bush has been moved to the intensive care unit of the Houston hospital he has been treated in for the past few weeks, according to a spokesman for the Bush family.

The 88-year-old Bush was hospitalized early last month, and and is now being moved to the intensive care unit for what his spokesman Jim McGrath describes as “a series of setbacks including a persistent fever.”

Bush was first admitted to Methodist Hospital on November 7th for bronchitis and a persistent cough, discharged on the 19th, and re-admitted on the 23rd. He is currently being kept on a liquid diet.
