O’Reilly Responds to Palin Scolding Him over ‘Reality Show’ Dig
Bill O’Reilly ended his show tonight responding to Sarah Palin bizarrely scolding him yesterday for chipping away at conservative unity ahead of the 2016 race.
In promos for last night’s Factor, O’Reilly said Palin and Donald Trump getting into the 2016 race would make it a reality show. Palin didn’t much care for that and responded to O’Reilly, scolding him for going against the conservative “unity” she wants going into 2016 and saying, “This is war.”
O’Reilly chuckled a bit and seemed rather confused by the scolding. O’Reilly ran the promo in question and explained to Palin that in television, people like him engage in “flamboyant descriptions.”
And as for what Palin perceived as a dig, the “reality show” line, O’Reilly said it’s just a fact Palin and Trump currently have reality shows. He concluded, “If no offense is intended, don’t take offense. Your life will be happier.”
