Bidens Visit ‘Reacher’ Set and Star Says They Discussed ‘String Theory, Quantum Entanglement’: ‘Then Joe Beat Me at Arm Wrestling’
Former President Joe Biden made a visit to the set of the TV series Reacher alongside his son Hunter Biden and wife Jill Biden.
“So our Reacher set got in the way of these legends,” Reacher star Alan Ritchson posted to Instagram, alongside images of him interacting and smiling with all three Bidens. “Was a privilege and honor to meet the Biden family. They couldn’t have been more lovely. Kind, joyful, gracious and present. We chatted briefly about simple stuff, like string theory and quantum entanglement. Then Joe beat me at arm wrestling. All in a day’s work.”

CBS Philadelphia reported on the visit, which occurred while the show was shooting a police chase. In the Amazon Prime series, Ritchson stars as Jack Reacher, a vigilante and former military police officer based on the novels by Lee Child.
“Out walked these men, that I thought they were actors, but then the entire cast and crew started clapping and cheering,” local photographer Hugh E. Dillon said.
The Bidens were reportedly nearby to get breakfast at a nearby restaurant.
Ritchson has jumped into the world of politics before, slamming President Donald Trump as a “con man and rapist” and blasted Christian voters for becoming “vitriolic” and aligning themselves with Trump. Ritchson also feuded with his former Niceville High School classmate Matt Gaetz, calling him a “motherfucker” and referring to them as “adversaries.”
“It’s shocking to me that the panhandle of Florida continues to vote for somebody — knowing everything we know about him and the promises that he’s made behind closed doors about pardoning certain criminals — he’s just not a good dude!” the actor told GQ.
