John Podhoretz Tears Into Jedediah Bila for Iran War Opposition: ‘No One Asked You, You Piece of S**t’

Conservative writer John Podhoretz took aim at former Fox News host Jedediah Bila in a vulgar tweet after she declared she does not want to send her child to fight a war with Iran.

“Hey Israel, I’m not interested in a war with Iran. I’m also not sending my kid to fight in it. The end,” Bila, known for her co-hosting gigs on The View and Fox News, wrote in a recent X post.

“No one asked you, you piece of shit,” Podhoretz replied.

It is one of a number of posts where Podhoretz has taken a hammer to critics arguing for the U.S. to avoid involvement in the growing conflict between Israel and Iran. President Donald Trump has hinted that the United States could become more involved, leading to a split in MAGA world as voices like Tucker Carlson and Mark Levin clash over whether the United States should be directly getting involved in a new war. A New York Times report this week suggested the president is “seriously considering” giving Israel fighter jet support and dropping bombs on an Iranian nuclear facility.

“It’s a very bad morning for the online political press corps that has supplanted the old media in the past decade. Kids and hacks writing about the most consequential matters of the 21st century who apparently know nothing, have been nowhere, and don’t even try to bone up,” Podhoretz wrote in a Wednesday tweet.

The conservative editor’s description on X includes an insult from Carlson, a former employee, who called him “actually kind of dumb.”

Podhoretz took another shot at Carlson’s anti-war stance this week and also knocked Matt Gaetz over his criticism of the United States following Israel into war.

“Bibi doesn’t have a great record when it comes to asking us to attack other counties,” Gaetz posted, linking to a monologue from his OANN show.

“You don’t have a great record not trying to seduce teenagers,” Podhoretz said in response.
