Marjorie Taylor Greene Claims Fox News ‘Black Listed’ Her in Rant Against Murdoch-Owned Media

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) blasted the New York Post and claimed Fox News had “black listed” her in a social media rant about her Tuesday appearance on The View.
In a thread posted to Twitter, Greene blasted Rupert Murdoch-owned media and claimed the New York Post “lied” about her appearance during The View by saying she had “broken” from President Donald Trump.
“MTG stuns ‘The View’ hosts by breaking with Trump, calling for ‘women of maturity’ to unite,” the New York Post headline reads.
According to the article, Greene “repeatedly with President Trump and the GOP” during her appearance. During her interview, Greene blasted House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA), and Joe Behar even suggested at one point that she become a Democrat.
Greene noted that she said she “loves” Trump during her interview.
“Once again, the Murdoch owned New York Post lied about me in their article today. This headline is a lie and we emailed them to take it down. I have not broke with President Trump, I literally told Joy Behar that I love President Trump on the show!” she wrote on X.
The congresswoman called it a “twisted take” and posted multiple videos from her appearance on The View.
She then also lashed out at Fox News and claimed they “black listed” her since the network parted ways with Tucker Carlson, thought she’s made a number of appearances this year and last year on the network.
“They also own Fox News, which has had me black listed since they fired Tucker Carlson. Other Republicans they black listed in the past are [Donald Trump Jr.] and Charlie Kirk,” she wrote. “They love Democrats like John Fetterman but not Republicans like me.”
Greene was on Fox News’ Sunday Morning Futures in June and Hannity in February. She also made a series of appearances in 2024.
Greene has publicly blasted Fox News in the past. In June, she accused both the New York Post and Fox News of brainwashing Americans with “propaganda” about Iran.
“We’ve watched for decades propaganda news,” she told OAN. “I’ll call out Fox News and the New York Post. They’re known to be the neocon network news. We have propaganda news on our side just like the left does and the American people have been brainwashed into believing that America has to engage in these foreign wars in order for us to survive, and it’s absolutely not true.”
In August, she also bashed Fox News on Real America’s Voice, claiming they have an elderly audience and they are “not the future of America.”
